The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me,
for the Lord has anointed me
to bring good news to the poor.
He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted
and to proclaim that captives will be released
and prisoners will be freed.
He has sent me to tell those who mourn
that the time of the Lord's favor has come,
and with it, the day of God's anger against their enemies.

In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks
that the Lord has planted for his own glory.

Isaiah 61: 1, 3
The Holy Bible
New Living Translation

____________

For  hundreds of years, perhaps since the beginning of
Creation, a piece of the world has been waiting for your
soul to purify and repair it.

And your soul, from the time it was first emanated and
conceived, waited above to descend to this world
and carry out that mission.

And your footsteps were guided to reach that place.

And you are there now.

Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson (1902-1994)
Prominent Hasidic rabbi

He who wants to do good knocks at the gate;
he who loves finds the gate open.

Rabindranath Tagore (1861-1941)
Bengali poet, Brahmo Samaj philosopher
artist, novelist and composer

In beauty may I walk.
All day long may I walk.
Through the returning seasons may I walk.
On the trail marked with pollen may I walk.
With grasshoppers about my feet may I walk.
With dew about my feet may I walk.
With beauty may I walk.
With beauty before me may I walk.
With beauty behind me may I walk.
With beauty above me may I walk.
With beauty below me may I walk.
With beauty all around me may I walk.
In old age wandering on a trail of beauty,
lively may I walk.
In old age wandering on a trail of beauty,
living again, may I walk.
It is finished in beauty.
It is finished in beauty.

The fish in the water is silent,

the animals on the earth are noisy,

the bird in the air is singing.

But man has in him the silence of the sea,

The noise of the earth

and the music of the air.

Rabindranath Tagore (1861-1941)
Bengali poet, Brahmo Samaj philosopher
artist, novelist and composer

Sing joyfully, O righteous, because of Hashem;
for the upright, praise is fitting.
Give thanks to Hashem with a harp, with a ten-
stringed lyre make music to Him.
Sing Him a new song, play well with sounds of deep emotion.
For the word of Hashem is upright, and all His deeds
are done with faithfulness.
He loves righteousness and justice;
the kindness of Hashem fills the earth.

______________

When a seeker becomes soulfully beautiful, he embodies the cry
of continuous self-transcendence. When a seeker becomes
beautifully soulful, he reveals constantly the smile of self-
transformation and self-perfection...

Divine religion is the dance of the liberating and liberated,
fulfilling and fulfilled One in the aspiring many and of the
many in the immoralising and immortal One.

Sri Chinmoy (1931 -  )

And now, the Last Word:

When you come upon a path that brings benefit
and happiness to all, follow this course as
the moon journeys through the stars.
