And then was I answered in my reason, as it were
by a friendly intervenor: Take it
GENERALLY, and
behold the graciousness of the Lord God as He
sheweth it to thee: for it is more worship to God to
behold Him in all than in any special thing.
And
therewith I learned that it is more worship to God
to know all-thing in general, than to take pleasure
in any special thing. And if I should do wisely accord-
ing to this teaching, I should not only be glad for
nothing in special, but I should not be greatly dis-
tressed for no manner of hting: for
ALL shall be
well.
For the fulness of joy is to behold God in all...

That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life --
whether you have enough food and drink, or enough
clothes to wear. Isn't life more than food, and your body
more than clothing? Look at the birds. They don't plant
or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly
Father feeds them. And aren't you far more valuable to
him than they are? Can all your worries add a single
moment to your life?

MATTHEW 6: 25-27
THE HOLY BIBLE
NEW LIVING TRANSLATION

What is your life like? If you are like most people,
it is made up of countless bits and pieces of
fragmented activity: exercise, work, eating,
conversations, entertainment, sleep. Add up
the pieces day after day, year after year, and
you end up with an entire life split into millions
of fragments, with no connecting thread. Fragmen-
tation rattles our peace of mind, creating untold
tension and anxiety. Over time, the fragments pile
up and begin to suffocate your soul, the inner you
that craves focus, purpose and direction...

The only way to unite body and soul is to accept
that G-d is far higher than our limited selves...

True happiness is the fusion of body and soul
dedicated to a higher cause, a cause that benefits
humankind and gives meaning and inner peace
to the individual in the process.
