Dear Readers,

It's been a holy, spectacularly blessed week for both
Jews and Christians. For the former, it's  the miracle
of Passover, and for the latter, it's nothing less than
than the salvation and redemption of the world.

Both involve great divine miracles: Jews commemorate
the protection they received from a plague sent from
God by following the command of Moses to mark their
doorways with the blood of the lamb, thereby signifying
them as the beloved, chosen people of the Lord. For
Christians, the Easter season is a glorious and most
holy celebration of the Resurrection of the Beloved,
Christ Jesus, whose triumph over death saved and
redeemed the world from sin.

May this page open your eyes and heart
to the infinite mercies and miracles of God.

...(T)he life of God is breaking through into the world.
Its execution is in peace and power and astounding
faith and joy, for in unhurried serenity the Eternal is
at work in the midst of time, triumphantly bringing
all things up unto Himself.

Excerpted from "A Testament of Devotion,"
by Thomas R. Kelly (1893-1941)
HarperOne, 1992

What are these "laws of nature"?
Nothing more than matter and energy suspended
by their Creator in a consistent form, as a puppeteer
suspends marionettes upon a stage.

A miracle is when the Creator bares His hands.

And looking at them Jesus said to them,
"With people this is impossible, but with
God all things are possible."

Don't believe in miracles, depend on them.

Above all else, know this: Be prepared at all times
for the gifts of God and be ready always for new
ones. For God is a thousand times more ready
to give than we are to receive.

Meister Eckhart (1260-1327)
German theologian and mystic

The Last Word:

And He who sits on the throne said,
"Behold I am making all things new."
